Licensing:

Private fishing parks set their own entry fees and rules., non-residents Visiting anglers do not need a recreational licence for rod fishing in public waters, but the same prohibitions apply: no fishing inside marine national parks (fines apply per person aboard the vessel), and no taking of protected species.
